Food ordered: Baby chicken (Cornish hens, $11.25) served on a plate (not as a sandwich)

Food quality: You can get a large portion of boneless Cornish hen pieces grilled to serve on pita or large, soft flat breads called lafa as sandwiches. Or get the meat on a platter (here called plates) as we did. It’s placed on a bed of chopped raw onions mixed with fresh parsley.
